Busy Summer with Weddings

It was another busy year at Armitage Photography and an especially busy summer and fall season. Nancy and I want to thank all our awesome wedding couples for making this a very successful season.

October 11, 2009 - My wedding couple thought they would have a fall wedding in October at Boettcher Mansion in Golden, Colorado. Instead they had a winter wedding!

Maiberry Photo Shoot

Maiberry!! Located on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado, is more than an ice cream store. I had my first shot of wheat grass! The shaved ice and frozen yogurt with fruit toppings make for a great summer treat. I truly enjoyed meeting the owners and photographing their delicious treats.

I have been in Rocky Mountain National Park, Lyons, Denver, Boulder and all over in the last few weeks. Although it has been rainy, that makes the light beautiful.

Finally it is warm enough to do outdoor portrait work with kids again. This little boy was so cute on Thursday.

March Wedding - Nancy Nibbe

What a great day Amanda and Daniel had on March 7th, 2009! A beautiful sunny wedding ceremony and than a complete white-out snow storm. The wedding photography went from sunny to snowy. You have to love Colorado weddings!!!

Kid's Modeling Photos

Had a wonderful shoot last week with a five year old girl in the studio who needed some shots for her portfolio. She has so much personality!

Winter Wedding at the Red Lion Restaurant

Heidi and Neil's winter wedding at the Red Lion Restaurant in February 2009. We braved the cold to take some shots down by the creek at the Red Lion. What fun! We also did some photos at the church in Boulder where they were married.
